Nurse Aesthetic Treatments
At Skin Shore, we believe that every person’s skin journey is unique. That’s why all our cosmetic treatments are performed by highly qualified and experienced Registered Nurses who take the time to truly understand your individual concerns and goals. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all — instead, we offer detailed consultations and full-face assessments to develop a personalised treatment plan designed specifically for you. Our focus is always on achieving natural, balanced results that enhance your features and leave you feeling confident and comfortable in your own skin.
We’re passionate about ongoing professional development and regularly update our skills with the latest techniques, treatments, and products available. This commitment means you can trust us to provide care that is not only safe and effective but also supported by the latest evidence and best practice standards.
Because of TGA and AHPRA regulations, we are limited in what detailed treatment information we can share publicly. If you’re considering a cosmetic treatment, we warmly encourage you to book a private consultation with us. During this time, we’ll discuss your suitability, explore the range of treatment and product options tailored to your needs, share real examples of our clinical results, and go through any potential risks and pricing in full. Our goal is to ensure you feel informed, comfortable, and confident every step of the way

Wrinkle-Reducing Consultations
As we age, it’s natural for lines and wrinkles to appear. This is often due to the way our facial muscles move when we smile, laugh, frown, or raise our eyebrows. These muscles attach to the skin, and over time, repeated movement can cause creases that become visible even when our face is at rest.
At Skin Shore, we offer consultations with qualified health practitioners to talk through options for reducing the appearance of these lines. The aim of these treatments is to relax targeted muscles, which may help soften wrinkles that are formed from repeated expressions.
Your consultation is all about you — your concerns, your goals, and your safety. We’ll:
-
Take a detailed medical history to make sure any treatment is suitable for you.
-
Discuss the different approaches available, along with the potential benefits, risks, and possible side effects.
-
Give you clear aftercare information and answer all your questions before you decide whether to go ahead.
We believe in informed choices, safe treatments, and realistic expectations — so you can feel confident and comfortable in your decision.
Enhancement, Harmonisation & Volume Restoration Consultations
Changes in facial shape and volume can occur naturally over time or may simply be part of your unique features. Some people choose to explore treatment options to restore lost volume, balance facial proportions, or create subtle changes to certain areas of the face.
At Skin Shore, our qualified health practitioners offer consultations to discuss treatments that may help with:
-
Softening or enhancing facial contours
-
Balancing side profile proportions
-
Restoring or adding volume to specific areas
In your consultation, we will:
-
Take a thorough medical history to ensure suitability for treatment
-
Talk through available options, including possible benefits, risks, and side effects
-
Provide aftercare information and give you the opportunity to ask questions before making a decision
Our approach is centered on safety, informed choice, and realistic outcomes tailored to your needs.
PDO Thread Consultations
As we age, our skin’s natural collagen and elastin levels gradually decrease, which can lead to changes in firmness and contour. Some people choose to explore treatments that aim to provide structural support to the skin and encourage collagen production.
At Skin Shore, we offer consultations to discuss PDO (polydioxanone) threads — fine, dissolvable sutures placed under the skin using a small needle or cannula.
How PDO Threads Work
PDO threads are carefully positioned in targeted areas beneath the skin. They act as a temporary scaffold, providing gentle support to the tissue. Over time, the threads stimulate the body’s natural healing response, encouraging the production of new collagen around the thread. The threads gradually dissolve, but the collagen they help generate may improve skin texture and firmness in the treated area.
In your appointment, our qualified health practitioner will:
-
Take a detailed medical history to ensure suitability for treatment
-
Discuss your concerns and assess the areas you wish to address
-
Explain the procedure in detail, including how the threads are placed, potential benefits, possible risks, side effects, and aftercare requirements
-
Give you time to ask questions before deciding whether to proceed
Our approach focuses on safety, informed choice, and setting realistic expectations.
